As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing and improving the product’s user experience across the full lifecycle — from research to development handoff and production review.

You will take ownership of product features and UX decisions, work with design systems, and closely collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive product quality and impact.

Responsibilities

• Create product interface designs from scratch and improve existing ones;
• Conducting user interviews or usability testing, implementing the best ux and visual solutions;
• Working with design systems (improving, supplementing, building new systems);
• Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, and QA engineers;
• Prepare design handoffs for development and review implementation in production.

Job requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a similar position as a senior (3+ year of commercial experience);

• Experience with multi-page websites, Admin panels and Saas products;
• Experience across the full design cycle: from research to development handoff;
• Experience conducting user- and kick-off interviews, surveys, and other research activities;
• Experience running usability testing;
• Creating user personas, user journeys, user flows, and other mapping artifacts;
• Creating wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes, setting up interactive prototypes;
• Finished courses of UI/UX designer;
• Ukrainian - fluent, English - Intermediate level at least.

• Ability to work with product analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar);
• Participation in workshops and team design activities;
• Experience in mentoring or leading (education or professional environment);
• Higher education in art.
