We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer  with deep expertise in Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure, responsible for building and maintaining secure, scalable, and highly available environments that power our trading technology products across global regions.

Responsibilities:

‍

• Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for product build, testing, and deployment across Nomad and Kubernetes environments.
• Plan and execute infrastructure migration to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Manage and optimize infrastructure security, ensuring compliance with regional data protection regulations (Europe, North America, Middle East).
• Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, Ansible, and HashiCorp stack (Consul, Vault, Packer).
• Implement and manage monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) to ensure high availability and performance.
• Maintain and improve infrastructure stability, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and development teams to analyze incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and introduce improvements.
• Build and support containerized environments using Docker, containerd, and Podman.
• Maintain databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and caching systems (Redis, Memcached).
• Configure and operate messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Deploy and manage load balancing and API gateway solutions (HAProxy, Envoy,  KrakenD, Kubernetes Gateway API).
• Develop automation scripts and internal tools using Bash and Python.
• Participate in release planning, technical discussions, and cross-functional meetings.
• Support colleagues on infrastructure, CI/CD, and automation-related topics.

Job requirements

‍

‍

• ‍5+ years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer;
• Strong experience designing, deploying, and maintaining infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP);
• Proficiency with Kubernetes (GKE and on-prem), Helm, and ArgoCD;
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, and HashiCorp tools (Consul, Vault, Packer, Nomad);
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI;
• Proficiency with Linux systems administration (Debian-based, RHEL-based) and containerization (Docker, containerd, Podman);
• Scripting and automation with Bash and Python;
• Experience implementing and maintaining monitoring and observability systems (Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, ELK Stack);
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, firewalls, and load balancing concepts;
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka;
• Ability to work in distributed teams, participate in incident management, and contribute to reliability improvements;
