Pine Software Technology Ltd is a software company specializing in trading technology solutions for regulated brokers and trading firms. The company provides Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products designed to support electronic trading, brokerage operations, risk management, and financial data analysis.

We are looking for a Middle Product Manager with product experience  (preferably fintech), who has an analytical mindset, attention to details and excellent communication skills. Engineering background or technical/mathematical education would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and groom Jira backlog to maximize the value delivered to users with each release.
• Gather and document requirements, break down tasks, plan, coordinate and control product development across teams.
• Facilitate Scrum events.
• Work with the development team to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
• Do presentations and report progress.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams on architecture and implementation decisions, ensuring alignment with product goals and scalability requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine the product vision and strategy.- Proactively collect, visualize and analyze product metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Identify new opportunities for innovation and optimization of the product.
• Do sanity testing in production.
• Work with QA team on identifying use cases, edge cases and best ways to test the product.
• Work with Support teams to troubleshoot and solve incidents.
• Write product documentation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Requirements preparation.
• Software development planning.
• Proficiency in writing product documentation focused on details.
• Strong understanding of Scrum methodology.
• Strong presentation skills, ability to explain product details clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer research.
• Conducting sanity checks.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Adaptability and change management.
• Intermediate+ level of English.

Nice to Have

• Collaboration with UI/UX designers (focused on desktop).
• Understanding of desktop development nuances.
• General knowledge and understanding of financial markets and trading.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills through clear reasoning and influence.
• Systems thinking, understanding of mathematical logic.
