As a Junior Financial specialist, you will be responsible for taking full ownership of contractor financial cycles and evolving into a strategic partner for leadership by translating raw data into actionable monthly performance insights

Responsibilities:

• Executing payments and performing data entry within the management software;
• Communicating with banking institutions and providing required documentation upon request;
• Supporting payments for contractors (PEs) and reviewing all relevant supporting documentation;
• Preparing and maintaining up-to-date monthly cash flow forecasts;
• Recording financial transactions accurately within management systems and files;
• Participating in the preparation of monthly management reports and conducting plan-vs-actual analysis;
• Supporting the budgeting process and monitoring ongoing budget performance;
• Generating financial calculations and ad-hoc reports as requested by management;
• Verifying the availability and accuracy of primary financial documentation;
• Maintaining financial archives: organizing, filing, and monitoring the timely signing and completion of documents;
• Assisting with other finance-related tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of professional experience in roles such as financial specialist, accountant, analyst, or assistant within a finance department.
• Proven proficiency in managing multi-currency accounts.
• Hands-on experience with accounting and ERP software, including MS Dynamics 365 Business Central (preferably), SAP, QuickBooks or Xero.
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and a minimum of Intermediate-level proficiency in English.
